This popup from ZoneAlarm has been appearing on my computer, and I am not sure what to do about it or what it means exactly.

Here is an image of the alert:

Should I be concerned about this?

That's saying that something on your machine tried to send a message to 192.168.1.2 -- another machine (including any router you may have) on the same network (192.168.xxx.xxx IP addresses are reserved for the local network, not the Internet).

This could be just a normal situation, or it could mean that something has taken up residence and is looking to expand to the rest of your network.

Zone Alarm did its job in blocking the communication, but you might want to run anti-malware scans and see if they pick up anything, especially if you've had ZA in for a while and this has started recently.

Good luck.

What you are seeing is Zone Alarm's information pop up tell you that it has blocked an incoming "ping". This is a good thing. If you do not want to be bothered by this pop up, just click the little "Don't show" box in the lower left corner. Zone Alarm will continue to block these pings in the background.
