Italian names are beautiful sounding, but keep in mind the kid will probably shorten it in some cases:
but I love Adrianna, Alessandra, Bianca, Carina, Carlotta, Chiara, Daniela, Donna, Francesca, Gabriella, Gina, Giovanna, and Michele.
Definitely feel a certain dislike for Zola and Pia

Terrible names: Capri, Caprice, Carina, Filomena, Giovanna, Marietta, Paila, Speranza, Zola
Not sure: Chiara - If it is pronounced 'Ki-ara' then it is a good name, if it is pronounced 'Chi-ara' then it is just ok.

I like Alessandra, Bianca, Carina, Daniela, Francesca, Gabriella, Gianna, Giovanna, Isabella, Lucia, Maria, and Rosa. The rest I don't really care for, but Gina is ok. I like Kylee too. It's very pretty. Carina is my favorite name on your list.

I love the double consonants. They seem to dance.
