a vision doesn't fad over time...unlike a dream that you may not remember when you wake up the next morning...

A dream comes when you are asleep, a vision is something you see while conscious. I never remember my dreams, but I have seen some wonderful visions. Visions are what create the future.

a dream is something based on fantacy. a bunch of what if, and's and but's. it has no real structure or bases to come true coz, it's only thoughts of desire. dreams are meant to stay in your head to play around with notions.
a vision is more stable, a plan is summond up to how to get what they want. it's well thought out, it's a goal. it is mixed with a yearing, a desire, a need to must have. so, one is more ready to go and get whats needed to accomplished what they envision
