Both. It depends on the mood of the situation. If you're being romantic and want a love-making session, then having very dim lights or no lights I think is cool. But if you're being raunchy/kinky and gettin' buck wild, I say have the lights on so you can really see all the.... wildness! ; )

On average Id say probably with the lights on 70% of the time and with the lights off 30%. Reason being is most of the sex I have is during day light hours.
