i need some hacks or something i can download to get a lot of money and weapons ...... or just money

Best you'd be able to do is download a farming bot, but ArenaNet is pretty good about catching bots and banning the accounts once a month at least.
Just look up a guide on farming on a Guild Wars fansite (like GuildWiki or GuildWarsGuru) and do that. You can typically make 1 plat an hour even with a bad farming build.

If you feel that cheating is the only way to play a game, then just uninstall the game now and go play something else. You'll save everyone a lot of trouble.
The folks at Arenanet have built a pretty solid hack-proof game. The only "hacks" you'll be able to buy for GW are in reality keyloggers that will steal your account. You can buy a bot to play the game for you, but that will just get your account banned, rather quickly too.
Most players have enough skill to earn all the gold they need legitimately. If you can't then this isn't the game for you.
