Looser if you're using it as an adjective, loser if you're using it as a noun.

Depends on what you mean..
Loser= a lame person.
Looser= would be opposite of tight, like as in; to loosen things up a bit.

when refering to maybe a no good bum that is good for nothing but taking up space....that would be called a loser. . .
