Have you complained to your landlord and had them come in to look at the situation? I agree with the first poster's suggestion, but you should also give the landlord the opportunity to correct the situation.

Could be something as simple as needing to change a water filter or possibly the pump itself. I *think* well water systems may also have some sort of an expansion tank (I have such a tank at my house in the mountains), perhaps that thing needs to be replaced as well.

Take a water sample to the department of Environmental Health and have the water tested. If its bad I’m sure you can get out of your lease no problem. But if no you may have to pay to break the lease
