Not likely, but it doesn't matter. It's still good to get the card, even if gets there a few days later. In fact, it's better because it's an unexpected surprise.

I just happened to be looking this up on USPS.com last night. According to their calendar, cards and such needed to be in today's mail (20th) in order to get where it needs to be in the US by Christmas. If you lived closer you might stand a chance, but FL to CA...no way. If you go to the post office, they have charts about how long it takes stuff to get to the different "zones" they have. A clerk should be able to tell you for sure how to send it.

Better just call them and wish them a merry Christmas. Or opt out for New Years cards.

they might get there in time. Don't feel bad. I have two packages to send out, and I haven't even packed them up yet. They won't get there until after Christmas. I'm such a lazy butt.

Priority. The cut off for anything to make it in time was last Monday. So you might even be cutting that close too.

I'm sure they'll get it by christmas unless something happens. But you should just take your chance and send them out now.
