I hate to be the bearer of sad tidings, but this could turn out to be more of a hassle than you want to tackle. If you're talking about one of the small screws that holds the fixture together or holds one of the knobs on the cold or hot faucet shaft, it's too small for an e-z out. It will also be nearly impossible to drill a hole in the middle of it into which the e-z out could fit. You may be further ahead in the long run to go get a new fixture and just replace the whole unit. If you do, just be careful not to break off another screw.

If it is loose try a magnet. Maybe if you can, put a small small drop of super glue on something and attatch it to the screw, wait till it drys and unscrew it. Otherwise your going to need an easy-out. You'll have to drill into the screw, then use the easy-out to back it out.
