It is a long standing idea that people are often raped in jail. So, dropping the soap would require you to pick it up, causing you to bend over and.... get it?

It means that once taking a bath (showers are public in penal complicated) do not drop the cleansing soap because once you bend over you chance the prospect of being raped by one in all the different men in penal complicated considering no females are round. basically to be extra sparkling once you bend over to %. up the cleansing soap you bottom turns into uncovered and yet another guy can shove his penis up there.

You would probably be in a shower with many men. They haven't been with a female in a long while. They may try to enter you when you lean over to get the soap. You would have difficulty defending yourself from an assault like that.

I THINK it means that if you drop soap it will get slippery right? so I think it means don't do that because then you will fall and hurt yourself which means ...u will get into more trouble because u started more chaos!! I hope that answers your question!
