The first one that comes to mind are furries. But then again, as soon as you shine a black light bulb on the fur-suit, it loses its funny appeal and for me it turns into disbelief and disgust. Come on! Think about it!
The funniest fetishes/kink I've heard of and personally witnessed on video is clown sex where men/women wear the full clown make-up and engage in various sexual activities. That was pretty bizarre and there were a few chuckles as it popped on the screen at the local leather bar.
The most bizarre fetish/kink I've seen was actually on Jerry Springer where this woman taped raw meat on her body and wanted people to have sex with her. I couldn't stop laughing after seeing that and am still laughing about it as I write the answer to this question.
One man's fetish is anther's humor. Remember that different things turn different people on for various reasons. It is not up to us to judge these kink/fetishes. Rather than thinking it's "funny" or "strange," try to see it as real people trying to enjoy sex. There is nothing funny about sex. There are lots. Shoes are common but I have heard of guys being kinky about ladies furry slippers. I also heard of someone who would cut a bit our of ladies skirts while they were going up an escalator. Personally mine is ladies capes. Not cloaks but ones that button up and have armholes and preferably hoods. It the hood and the arm holes are fur trimmed that is a bonus.
