It was the first system I ever preordered or got on launch day. I actually was not a Nintendo fan (at least not since the NES and SNES days). I was more of a Playstation fan, but I love innovation and I love the movement to get more people playing games so I was totally hyped for the Wii. I was happy as hell. I remember having fun making miis and playing Wii sports and the mini games of Super Monkey Ball all day with my family and girlfriend. Then in the night, the lights went off and it was Zelda time!

I was shock and excited at the same time. Shock that I was able to find one and excited that I have one! I always been a Nintendo fan since the first console. :)

i felt like i did when i was 10 Christmas 1984 and I got my first nes.
wii is a whole new experience.

I was so happy I called in sick on the day I got it. This is the first gaming system I've had since Pong in the mid-seventies.
