Use the Advanced "Search for Questions" link - it opens a window that allows you to specify "Open questions" - I just did a seach on "insulation" with "Open questions" selected and I got 30 hits - not all were for home insulation, but I saw some that were.
Good luck!

Certainly in a Yahoo Q & A sense, answer one offers the most valid, immediate suggestion.
In a DIY sense that might be a narrow topic that gets questions?
There have been suggestions made to staff to break DIY into more specifics, but it's unlikely it will happen, in that the procedures as set up, are changing often anyway, and to be so directed might not garner the attention of a vast number who come here.
Certainly this is a season when many are asking questions about heating, and included issues. Perhaps you can begin just in looking through when possible, and interjecting your thoughts about insulation.
With other, peripheral knowledge about structures, heat loss areas, efficiency issues, etc. etc. you might gain some following of a sort.
The latest Q I saw regarding insulation was a week ago perhaps, and regarded laying in rolls over existing. The topic isn't as common as furnaces, shielding windows, types of heat sources in general, etc.
On a personal level, I'd like to know of alternatives in a reasonable price range, and as effective in R values to Fiberglass.
