A nice hot bath with candles, soft music and a glass of wine and a few moments or hours alone with your someone special.
I wish I could make your day happier today! I will say a special prayer for you and your family!

It depends on the level of stress. Sometimes, I'll take a nice candlelit bubble bath and relax and then listen to music. Another thing I'll do is play music (I play piano and guitar). Now if I'm really mad/have a lot on my mind, then I'll go for a walk (on Monday, I was really mad b/c I got sent out of class and I didn't even do anything, and my mom wouldn't believe me, and that's a bad feeling--- I live on a military base, so it's pretty safe, and I walked about a couple of miles).

I have a good long freak out session with the punching bag, take a cool shower, eat a light meal, mix up a big glass of Pepsi and SoCo, then zone out in front of the tv.

I fix a good meal. Get on the cpu to check messages. Play some video games. And flip on the tube for the icing on the cake.
