I regret ALL the voting that's been done already because we're living with the results of it now. Voting means nothing unless we can also hold those elected accountable and responsible for their campaign promises - which of course, will never happen.

I sure regretted voting for Ross Perot in 1992. My votes thereafter have not been regrettable since.

The only person on the national scene I regret voting for is the peanut farmer, Jimmy Carter.

You'll always regret it to some degree. You have to look back and remember the alternatives you had. What if carter had won re-election in 1980? We would all have been living in crass huts and speaking Russian by now.
