I have Cingular and I am soooo sick of it. They are very unhelpful and get you with fees everywhere. And I really don't care for any of their phones or plans. The only thing I'll miss is "roll over"

THE BEST SEVICE BY FAR i mean its a pleasure to call them they really communicate and will actually listen to you and respond to i remember one day i was really mad and i almost started to yell (well almost yell) and she helped me through (i lost my phone HEHE) but i doenst really work outside of the city if you do get T-mobile be sure the get a Data Phone and MYFavs i've been using 2000 minutes a month free on my fav5 !!!!!! i've delt with cingular and i canccled the minute my contract was up to i know what its like im in 1 year on my t-mobile after contract so ITS GOOD

I have T-mobile also and love it. I have never had a service complaint or problem they couldn't immediately handle.
