I was pondering this while watching a game, could post-lockout rules have effected the Effeiciency of the Powerplay?

I asked Awesome Bill to help me, unfortunatly we both couldn't find anything.

LITY has access to the NHL Database and maybe he could take data from the 03-04 season and compare it to the 05-06 season.

yes it has, because for one goalie equipment is smaller, there for making it harder for the goalies to stop it. also new rules created each end larger (from end boards to blue line) thus it creates more room for the team on the PP to pass around the opposition and creating better chances for goals. However i am not sure of the exact number i know there has been an increase.

The national Bowling affiliation lock out has made me desire to strike out on my very own. i will spare no rate and split for the greener pastures of Albania. The Albanian international Bowling convention is a mecca for expatriate bowlers like me. it fairly is going to placed a clean spin on my profession if i can in basic terms carry it collectively. it is in basic terms how I roll.
