It slowing falls down as we drive. Do you have any idea about how to make it stay up when we want it up and down when we want it down? I hate to have to buy another one. The dealer would want "an arm and a leg."

You could replace it, or here's a simple fix:
buy a small strip of velcro, and cut a 1" piece to hold it up. you'll never even notice it's there after a while.

There's a little (Phillips) screw on the left side, tighten it. Or go to a junkyard, for a couple $s.
