I know that his son was born after his death, but after how many months? Was it after 3 or 6 months after his death?

and his son Alexander IV was born in August 323 BC (weikipedia Alexander IV was born in August, 323 BC.)

Roxane was pregnant when Alexander died. It is possible that Barsine was also pregnant, which may explain why Roxane dealt with Barsine so ruthlessly.
