It "maharaj" is a title then it is "To the Maharaj's family" . If it is a surname then it is "to the Maharaj family".

Another example:
To the King's family - to the family of the King
To the King family - to the family named King

This is the correct grammatic form:

The Smith Family, 123 Main Street, Anytown US

You should never write the Smith's unless you are writing about something that is "possessed" by them.. ie the Smith's dog, the Smith's house, the Smith's car, etc.
