I was recently transferred to a different department after being in the same one for 4 years. I love all my girls in my old department, but it seems that lately a few, or specifically my old supervisor, has been avoiding me. I confronted her about it, asked her what was wrong, and she said that I'm acting like I'm better than they are, and don't talk to them. After I confronted her about it, I felt MUCH better and thought things were fine again. Well, she's still avoiding and glarring at me, not her usual self. What is this about?? I've confronted her about it once, what else can I do? Where is she getting her hate towards me from? Can't stand the drama, and don't know where it is coming from..

Please give me advice! Thank you

We don't always have the answers we want..
so my advice to u.. is keep being Ur self.. Nice and polite.. and perhaps she will come around..
we don't always no what is going on with someone else..

leave it alone.. and just do Ur work..

if u didn't do nothing wrong u have nothing to be worried about
good luck.. happy holidays

Call her up when she is not working and ask her whats the real problem. If she just answes the same as last time tell her that you dont understand and do not think that your better then everyone else. She could possibly be missing you though (if you are a guy, im not sure, but if you are,,), maybe she really liked you and are mad your gone and is disguising her longing for you as resentment.

Be a bigger person. It does not matter what you do, they will find some way to talk about you. Go on with life, do not let it bother you, if need be, find some new friends who are more mature. Do not stoop to that level and forget about it because you cannot control what they do and no reason to let it control your life. be polite to her but move on, when she sees that she cannot control you, she will find someone else to talk about but as it is right now, she knows she can control you and so she is holding the cards. Stand tall and have an awesome life, best of luck.
