I think the way you're asking this question makes you look like you want to casually stalk James Marsden and thinks it'll be a piece of cake once someone on the internet gives you his address and phone number, but what the heck, i want to earn one of those best answer thingies, so here goes:
His son was born in los angeles, so it's probable that he lives in los angeles too, and he comes from Kansas or Oklahoma.
Would you settle for his dad or sister, though? I believe imdb.com said his sister Elizabeth lives in Manhattan, Kansas, where Kansas State University is located. His dad also teaches animal sciences at Kansas State University. I think it would be highly inappropraite to do this without good reason but if you wanted to contact his father, a distinguished professor at Kansas State, you could probably find his email address through searching for Marsden on the Kansas State University website's directory, say if you were writing an article or something. Again, I really think it would be inappropriate to do this, but it's just a hypothetical.
Also, there's a website that has celebrity in the url where you could try to get in touch with his agent, and if you have a good enough reason, (which i'm assuming you don't, because i can't imagine some hollywood producer or director or scriptwriter who wants to get in touch with him is going to start on yahoo answers), they'll put you through to him. "They" will probably be some film school intern who's managing the desk for a production or representation company and it probably wouldn't be inappropriate to call that number but there's like a 0.001% chance you could get through to him.
As for his number, it will most defnitely be unlisted and like all celebrities, he will take precautions like using an alias when he signs into a hotel so he can get his privacy.
If you really want to meet James Marsden, become a big name in Hollywood (many avenues to chose from: agent, producer, director, actor, scriptwriter, even a member of the press) over the next 10 to 20 years, and have something to offer and he can't refuse meeting you.

idk his number, but he lives in L.A. and I'm pretty sure his parents still live in Stillwater, OK.
