about a month ago, my hunband threw me and my 2 kids out. I am staying at my moms which is a block away from my house. We are getting a divorce because he cheated. Him and his girlfriend decided to split about 2 weeks ago. Now he asked me if i can come back home. he assured me that we can still get a divorce but he just wants me and the kids home for the sake of the kids. I dont know what to do cuz i dont wanna go back home and get into fights infront of the kids. Also, he didnt want us living there until today after he talked to his lawyer. Do you think the lawyer told him something that would make him decide he wants us back home?

stay strong!! time apart is only good at the moment
you are very very right to consider the childrens feelings and not want them to see the two of you fighting!! ;p good luck and i would say yes, any changing of his tune that he does right now in the midst of divorce is fishy!! like i said stay strong on what you feel is best..
not the same i know but my ex bf and i split and he said i could come back and take over the appartment we had shared.. then when i came back he refused to leave so the divorce thing for you might be very similar ^.^ i would beware
good luck hunn!!

Think about you and the kids, not the lawyer. Right now you are living with your mom who wonts to help you. Your husband wont change and you will find yourself at your mom's again and again, until you see for your self, you can get help and make it on your own.

yes, i think his lawyer told him something. I wouldn't go back, I'd sue his *** for alimony and child support. What kind of man throws his wife and children out of their home anyways, especially for another girl. He's the one who should have left. You need to talk to a lawyer yourself so you can make sure you and the kids are taken care of.
