what browser are you using?
what is the exact error message?
are you using a security suite like norton? (is the error message from security suite or from the browser itself)

Don't turn down your machines security settings this is a potentially very dangerous thing to do unless you know what you are doing.

you can email or msg me if u need a hand

Actually cookies are the keys that help you get to specific web sites. Yes they can be managed easilly. You might have the sites blocked by someone. So with out knowing all the details of your pc it hard to tell. In other words certain sites will not let you log on due to legal laws, such as minors ect. There could be problems with your ND files. If you have windows xp click start, help and support and tools, look for network dianostics and scan the files. This will tell you a little about your computer and how its functioning. Hope this helps.

Check your security settings in Internet Options, they need to be on low for some sites -but be careful you could be leaving your computer open to unwanted cookies
