Given the information, I have no reason to believe his is and no reason to be he isn't psychic. It could be a lucky guess, or he could be telling the truth. Ask him to do something else only a psychic can do, and try to remain unbiased during the experiment. In order to find the truth, you must be willing to accept both answers equally. Be sure that what you ask him remains something without gain. Some psychics claim that if you have monetary or other types of gain, the psychic phenomena will refuse to work.

You could test him some more, if he's a true psychic then he will get most of the Q right. like ask him things like, What do i want for dinner, and what music your thinking of right now. Stuff like that. But chances are it was just a lucky guess, I'm sure we have all had moments of lucky guessing.

No. No one has ever reproducibly or credibly demonstrated psychic powers. There are plenty of tricks out there and if he or she knows you that makes it even more likely that they can guess what you are thinking. Why not try to generate numbers from -100-100 and see if he can guess them all. Numbers can't be that hard to read right.

Ask him the lottery numbers for this week and then play them. If you win then, yes, he's psychic. If not then, I guess not!

Ask him a question that only you know, if he really is phsycic he will read your mind and answer it, if he doesn't he was lucky the first time!

maybe ask him to read your mind a few more times if he is right on all or most of them he may be or lucky or a lier

um he could be i guess but maybe he just knows you really good. think of ot this way my mom thinks she can heal people that dosent mean i believe her. (some times i swear shes on drugs)
