he is telling people that i had sex with him and i have never met him!
i have only seen him in the halls and stuff. i'm scared! HELP!

you need to report this right away. it is not right and should not be allowed to continue.
I know how you feel. people here on this site have been doing the same thing to me. I just keep reporting such answers and questions.

Talk to your school counselor and tell her/him what this guy is saying about you; then talk to mom and dad, then have them talk to his mom and dad about the rumors.
This kid is scary . . . if he gets his jollies by spreading rumors and doesn't care about the effect it has on you?
Better yet . . . does your school have a student newspaper? If so, talk to the adviser for the paper and put an ad in it, pointing up that this K)&(^% is a lying perv.

You NEED to report him to your school officials immediately! That is highly inappropriate!!!
Do you have older brothers? I'm sure they'd be more than happy to teach him a lesson... ;)

leave it alone..if you comment on it then people will think that it is true. ignore it and it will go away and if it doesn't i suggest you talk to a teacher or a counselor
