I like a good firm handshake, not so hard they break your hand type, but definitely not the wet noodle approach either.

I am a firm handshaker and I expect the same in return! A whimpy handshake tells the kind of person they are, at least in my opinion. My first boss told me he hired me because I had a confident handshake!

I was always taught that the firm handshake showed your respect for the person you are shaking with.

firm all day long... I'm unconfortable with a soft handshake (unless it's maybe a girl, that can be cute). When a guy can't shake my hand right I feel weird...
