One of my favorite Amy Winehouse tracks.

I've got the Moulin Rouge soundtrack in my head today - specifically "Come What May" and "I'll Fly Away" - I've been singing and humming them on and off all day.

"I follow the night,
can't stand the light.
When will I begin
to live again.
One day I'll fly away,
leave all this to yesterday.
What move could your love do for me,
When will love be through with me?
Why live life from dream to dream,
and dread the day when dreaming ends . . .
One day I'll fly away . . . "

There was a song that was stuck in my head last week for three to four days. I am not trying to remember it here or the song will jump back in there. But it was a song from the 70's.

I never could understand why a woman would have her skin tattooed like that. Ruins a perfectly good body.

Oh, I think the song was some Christmas carol. I am trying hard NOT to remember what it was so I'd better stop thinking about it right now. I mean now, I'm not kidding around here. Oh sh!t, too late! Thanks a lot ya fecking Stooge.

The song from Little Orphan Annie- the Tomorrow, Tomorrow, whatever, tomorrow, it's only a day away! Rooms to Go Furniture has a hateful commerical on the radio, where they promise delivery, TOMORROW, and they play that song. One of my coworkers swears whe would never buy anything from them, just because of that stupid song!
