Yes, I know you should be grateful that people do take the time out to even fill it because that's an issue in some households but if it's overfilled, it's not even ice cubes it's icebergs. You can't get those in the glass. You have to use an ice pick.

Yes! And you get those really sharp little jagged pieces that connect the cubes together? That's why I buy ice in a bag.

That doesn't bother me. What bothers me is when someone uses all the ice cubes and puts the empty tray back in the freezer! Or my boyfriend will use the ice cubes and leave the tray on the counter because he's too lazy to fill it up!

People who do that are among the scum of the earth and I hate them only slightly less than people who put empty ice trays back in the freezer with no water in them, they should all be hung up by their toes and forced to smell gross sweaty armpits until they mend their ice cube tray abusive ways!!

Well I don't mind breaking up those icebergs. Thing is when I put them in the glass, the ice chips off making little ice chips in my drink which I enjoy.

LOL, I am guilty of doing this myself.
I get so annoyed when people use the last cube and then put the tray back in the freezer. So when I have to refill it I just fill it and toss it back in.

I have 2 basket waiting on me too lol. I never have time to bring the loads up 2 sets of stairs and fold it. Too cold in the basement . I also, hate pick up after people. Get your own refill, Honey.

That's what my dad does. Usually, he would use up the ice in the bin, and then attack the trays. It's gotten to the point where I refuse to use ice anymore so I don't have to be bothered.

yeah i know what you mean, my dad used to always overfill them when i was still living with him, but my fiance never even bothers to fill them at all so i can do it how i like!

Yes, and I have really small hands so it's hard for me to 'crack' it and get the ice out if it's too full. Please, don't over-fill it. TY
