Virtual fax services allows you to stop wasting money on fax paper and fax toner. All faxes sent to you will be converted into digital format and then sent directly to your email. There is absolutely no loss in fax quality and you have the benefit of your image editing tools to clear up of those faxes you usually get that are hard to read!

One huge advantage is you don't have to pay for a second telephone line dedicated to receiving faxes. Depending on your phone company, not having to pay for that second line probably saves you $20+ a month.

You also don't have to buy a fax machine.

If you print up your fax, it's a wash on ink and paper.

When you consider most of these online fax services cost you like $6 to $8 a month, it's a good savings just by avoiding the phone line.

When you receive a fax, it's converted into a .pdf and emailed to you. When you wish to send a fax, you just login to the site and attach your document and enter the number and hit send.

We use efax in our business. We get maybe 50 to 75 faxes a month. It works just fine.
