I'd like to say yes, but my prize possession would have to be my wife, although clearly she isn't a possession, but none the less she's the one for me....if it were a material object then yes.

well my most prized possession is my photos and my photo albums filled with hudredes of pictures of me and my family. and i dont think anyone would really benefit from pictures of strangers. but yes i would. and my second most prized possession is my camera. and i would give that up to help someone.

If i could i would do it, because someone did it for me. I had a kidney and pancreas transplant in 1996 and that saved my life.
