Have you replaced the steering damper. That could make a big difference.

The Busch cars are not faster.... Cautions bring the average mph per race down. The cup races are twice as long so there are more cautions thus lowering the average mph. You could very well be right about the trucks handling better. Alot of technology used in the trucks was actually used in the design of the COT.

Not much you can do. A truck is not a car, and not made for handling corners at high speeds. What exactly is your problem? To rough of a ride? Again not much you can do. Trucks are not known for their comfort ride, especially the older ones. Also 4-wheel trucks have a harsher ride than the 2-wheel dive trucks.

The only way I can think that won't do more harm than good is to try to find a pair of sway bars. Reducing unsprung weight by getting alloy wheels might help a little.

Have you thought about anti-sway/roll bars they connect your left and right to act together as one

Lowering it is the only logical way. you could get 500lb rim's to offset the center of gravity but then you would need a 5000 dollar brake job to stop it.

well you could stiffen up the sway bars

but to make it a lot better you will have to lower the center of gravity
