The bottom heat element of my Tools of the Trades pan fell off. Can I get it replaced. I cannot find the maker

I looked on the internet and could not find where I could get a hold of the company that makes them. I bought them at Macy's. I really like them.

I think it may be Macy's own brand. Take the pan baack to Macy's. They are terrific about making good on their stock even if you have no receipt. They will probably replace the pan.

I can find nothing either. I would go back to Macy's and ask them or grab a new piece and look in the box for any paperwork it may come with. I am sure you would succeed either way.
