I say they at least make playoffs but nobody else agrees with me.

As alifelong Mets fan I hope its better than last year. I went to 2 games in September (1 a win and 1 a loss) and the second game was the last week and it seemed like funeral at Shea.
Omar hasn't done much yet to improve the team except load up on b grade catchers. I like Church and the addition of Wise in the bullpen and Sanchez (Duaner should be back from injury this year).
Omar will need to come up with one more "move" in order for us to overtake the Phillies or we will be sitting out of the playoffs.

I am one of those nobodys elses they won't make the playoffs sorry. The Yankees on the other hand have I stronger chance.

The playoffs are not a given but they should be in the mix all year long for a playoff spot.

We were just talking about that last night.
The pitching needs to get better, and I feel Omar will get more pitching by opening day. If he does, and they hit like they did in '06, they run away with the division.
If not, it may be a loooooooooong year.
