Probably not. While the possibility exists that burkas and other large, bulky clothing can be used to disguise dangerous persons (such as ninjas) or weapons, such applications are so disproportionately miniscule that any candidate who brought it up in serious manner would be considered paranoid and deranged.

Well, it isn't exactly the candidate himself, but Chuck Norris is working closely with Huckabee's campaign, and Chuck has NEVER let a ninja sneak past him. As a matter of fact, he keeps a huge pile of dead ninjas in his front yard. He calls it "Brokeback Mountain". Once the ninjas realized this they started searching for other ways to avoid the inevitable onslaught of pain that is Chuck Norris. So Huckabee has, indirectly, already taken care of this issue, and it's moot.
