I have a friend who is married and sleeping around on his wife with a couple of women. One of them is around his age and the other one is underage. She is 16! They are about 11 yrs apart. I know Ive been told I have an obligation to protect her since she is young and naive but then again do I want to make it my business? I would hate to see him go to jail but I feel like this is gonna creep up on him and bite him in the A$$. He will go to jail and lose his wife. Does he just need to learn his own lesson? Or what should I do?

If you care about him, tell him that being a registered sex offender (which he will be if they catch him having sex with a minor) REALLY f*cks with your life.

16 is only the age of consent in like 33 states. In the others, it's 17 or 18.

If you care about his wife, notify the authorities.

In most states 16 is the age of consent--she is not naive or innocent if she is screwing a married man!

So now you can be guilt free as you mind your own business.

Normally I would say, don't interfere. But there is a 16 year old girl involved. You need to tell this guy that if he doesn't say something then you will. Be prepared to do it.

She is 16, not 6. Even thought she is not legal, but she is old enough to make decisions for herself. So stay out of it. And if I were you, I would stop being his friend. This is just gross.
