I need to find an easy read one. that is read in millibars please. i tried livesearch. PLEASE HELP

Try this website and see if you like it. http://weather.unisys.com/ The surface weather map is in mb.
This is the primary site I use to do forecasting.

By the way, charts are not drawn in millibars and have not been for some years. The unit is now the hectoPascal (hPa). The figure is the same as millibars so 1010mb is 1010hPa but the unit has changed. The Bar was a unit in the centimetre/gram metric system while the Pascal is a unit of presure in the international standard metre/kilogram system.

Usually your National Weather Service web site has good upper air maps.
