Yes, most every violation that I have received has been over-turned. A few were deserved and I didn't challenge them but those that were challenged were reversed.

Yep, I have had a violation over turned and my points reinstated.

Just once though.

And that was my first violation.

Hasn't happened since then though.

From what ive seen,. the people who complain about violation notices , who have reposted thier questions or answers, that recieved the notices.

Have all violated the TOS.

To many people, just seem to not be able to ask a question or answer one, without trying to insult someone or a group.

I'm a lib, I don't get violated remember. No seriously, I've had many violations; some are deserved but most are frivolous and I've challenged all the frivolous ones with a zero success rate.

Yes. I have had several frivolous violations overturned and the points were given back. The reasons given for the overturned violations are always fraudulent.

I never even heard back as to why YA deleted my question, and it was about where I could find shoes in my size. Now how on earth was that a violation...???

Yes, all the time. 90% of mine have been refunded.. and I refute every single violation I receive.

P.S. I don't care about the points... I just refuse to let my account be suspended for them building up violations.

No but I've never tried. The violations I've received were deserved.

No, just the same old automated drivel. It wouldn't be so bad if the reasons for the violations made any sense.

Never. It's a waste of time. Besides, who cares about the points. What good are they? Can you redeem them for something? Am I missing something here?

No, but I've never wasted my time fighting the violation.
