and some relative says..."she should stay with him...(imposing her will on someone)....what is a good come back line before you walk away??? you know how relatives are....(trying to interfere)....also do they realize WHAT THEY ARE DOING????

I would tell those relatives that what she should do is what she feels best for herself. A grown woman has every right to make decisions for herself. Especially those that effect her life.

Maybe you need to ask her for reasons why you should stay with him? Maybe the ones she will supply are reasons another man provide better? Or maybe she won't have any.
A good come back line might be: You could also ask her why you should stay with someone to make her happy as opposed to being with one that would make you happy?

honey, an adult doesn't NEED a good come back line, an adult does what she knows is right for her and doesn't worry about what other's might think.
