is there any program similar to the huntsman program (at upenn wharton) at any other university (preferably at indiana university, emory, or university of michigan)?

Would it be possible to construct a program at indiana, emory, or umich similar to huntsman? how would I go about doing so?

First of all, assuming you are a student, you can't construct academic programs at a university. The university has to do that - there is a huge financial investment involved, and they would have to have or hire the appropriate faculty and get the buy-in from the college that is needed. I looked this up, and the Huntsman program was started by the university with a donation of over $50 million from a donor who agreed with the importance of globalization. Thus unless it is something the other universities want to do and you have an extra $50 million sitting around, it can't be done!
