Okay, this question may sound stupid, I admit. I am very attracted to my husband. He is a wonderful person inside and very physically attractive in my eyes.
They say "you need to stroke a man's ego". I love complimenting my husband. I tell him how attractive and adorable he is. Also I tell him he's very smart and other things on occasion.
However, sometimes words are not enough to describe how I feel. Is there another word that doesn't sound corny to men that describes "how beautiful" a person is? "Handsome" sounds old fashioned and corny.
Do you have suggestions on other descriptive words? For men, what does your woman say to you that helps you feel like you are the most important person in her life?

I don't compliment him all the time. On occasion I do and it's usually when we are intimate, cuddling on the couch or something of that nature.
My husband helps me feel important and I'm just trying to get some new creative ideas.
Most of these ideas are great and I have used some of these! I like hearing from a man's perspective!

I think men like or even need confirmation that they are sexually desirable--especially to their wives. Whispering something suggestive (not necessarily dirty or in poor taste) would likely do the trick and be appreciated!
Try, "Honey, if we were at home right now I don't think I could keep my hands off of you!"
Sometimes when my husband happens to be working with his back to me, I'll simply say, "Hmmm-hmm-hmm!" He gets the message and beams back at me.
Sometimes I give him a kiss, then a passionate hug. While in the embrace with my mouth near his ear, I softly say, "Thank you for marrying me!" He usually hugs back harder and repeats the line to me, too, and we kiss again. I know he wants me to be happy, and this is one way I let him know that his mission is being accomplished.

I love to tell mine how sexy he is, and how he shines. I mean, he really does have like this shine that is so pure and so masculine and so sexy and sweet all at the same time, it's really hard to describe. Sometimes I've just looked at him in amazement and told him just that very thing. He seems to appreciate that. :-)
I've used "beautiful" many times, "sexy" many times, and "hot" many, many times - but "hot" can really only be used like right after intimacy or on special occasions I think when it has the MOST impact and doesn't come across sounding fake and stupid. Sometimes I've told him that he is just an "awesomely beautiful man - in a very masculine way".
I know! It's REALLY difficult isn't it! Especially when it's true and everything sounds corny lol.
I'll be interested to see what answers you get from the men. I've struggled with this one for a while now, myself!

My husband is HOT. He is sexy, he is satin, he is velvet, he is muscled up, he is powerful, he's a love powerhouse---okay, I hear ya'll laughin'-but he really is.
Handsome is not old fashioned, my husband is 27, and he loves to hear that from my mouth! You know, as long as you mean it, and you aren't just saying it to gain points from him, if it comes from your heart, he will feel it in his heart, too-no matter what words you use.
What is your husband's nationality? Saying something to him in his own language would be special too-be creative.

WOW What a very nice question. I like your thinking. I am not too experienced in this but a old country saying would be "a nice hunk of meat" but he might take offence.??? Telling him "he is well put together".--"Cool dude" Good luck to you anyway.
