Have you ever used both and which kind do you prefer? i may have gotten an extremely light positive line on a test but it also very well could be in my imagination.. so lets say for example if there is a very small amount of the pregnancy hormone in my system will the digital say pregnant or will it be hard to read also? ive never used a digital before. thank you!!

I took the one that tells u earliest (forget the name) and it said positive. Then doc gave me digital, and it came out negative. I would definately not do a digital, but that's just me.

Hi! I took a regular test 4 days before my period was due and got a faint positive, the line was there, but it was hard to see. So I took a digital one the same day, in the middle of the day so I didn't use first morning urine, and it said "pregnant". I bought a few test after that from the dollar tree to see if the line got darker, sure enough, it got darker each time I checked :) I liked the digital pretty good, there is no way your mind can play tricks on you with those! :) Good luck and blessings to you! Merry Christmas!

I like the digital pregnancy tests better because they tell you a straight foward answer (pregnant/not pregnant). I have trouble with the lines to because the second line is always so light and can never make it out, but as they say if a line is there no matter how light it is it's a line regardless. I recommend using the digital I believe they are more accurate and readable. Hope this helped. Congrats if you are pregnant.

I try to do both when I did this Monday lol I did the EPT test w/ the plus sign and had a very faint line then I did the digital and it said pregnant!

Word of advice buy your tests at wal-mart they are much much cheaper there!

I know that the digital test can come up inconclusive but I'm barely 4 weeks pregnant and mine popped up positive I think that the light positive line is a very good sign!!

I took a regular and got a faint line, then took a digital and it popped up "pregnant" in less than a minute. I went on to miscarry, unfortunately, but I found the test much better than all the ones I had used before - there was no second guessing.

I prefer the digital. I went to the grocery store and bought a two pack store brand test. i took one as soon as i got home and i couldn't really tell. Next morning took the other one and it was a very faint line. Next day i went walmart and got the clear blue easy test which says it can detect early and bamm it said PREGNANT. It was sooo much eaiser instead of just guessing (well i think thats a line hahaha). Go digital.

I used a non digital test the first time and got what I thought was a faint positive like you, so I got one of the digital ones & it showed up PREGNANT, so I went to the drs office to do a blood test and I am pregnant, try a digital one and if it says pregnant go to your Dr to be sure!

Good Luck

The digital are just as good. They work the same as the others, if you took a regular one and thought you saw a pink line then take a digital and it will more than likely tell you yes. Take one and see. I have a friend who tool the regular got a very very very faint pos. then took the digital the next day and it said clearly pos.

i prefer digital. it states it pregnant or not pregnant. i know many women question the very faint line and not sure if they are pregnant or not. i had taken 2 hpt wth faint lines and wasn't sure so then i took 2 digital and both positive. set my mind at ease
