Most guys are afraid to hold babies, lol. Reason for this is we are scared we might drop them, hold them wrong, squeeze them to tight, not tight enough, etc...But once we get the hang of it, we become alot more comfortable. Playing with them might be difficult at first cause we are the "Macho" type and don't want to show are softer side. But with time, the baby will break us down and we will be comfortable, lol.

I know some that are and some that aren't. Some of my guy friends are very uncomfortable even being in the same room as a baby. The only ones I know who really like babies is my cousin and my boyfriend.

Not at all, I would personally love them, and would like to have one more, I should probably post this question, I did not think about, any way, listen, if you have problems with your boyfriend or husband about playing real Dads, kick their buts good bye, but if the relationship is OK and love is there, have them take some parenting classes, there are some sites, just search through the web.

It depends on the guy. Some guys love holding and feeding and playing with babies (its so cute to see the sweet side of a guy come out) while others are like, yeah, its a baby. ill pass. It just depends on the guys perspective. GL!

Yes. Some guys feel like they will hurt a little baby. It's kind of a part of being a man. But they do have some men that don't mind it at all.

If they havent fone it , yes. Does it come natural for females? i dont know. I have seen some babies being held in awkward positions by girls b ut again, they havent had experience. I am quite comfortable because I have threee and I live holding babies. I think it adds to your life.

It depends upon how many babies they have been around. Usually guys are more uncomfortable with babies than girls since girls tend to spend allot more time around babies and so therefore are just more natural with them.

Depends on the guy really, some are good with children others are not. Its kind of like talent, some are naturally talented where they are good at something w/o actual practice while others have to work to improve at that something.

guess that depends.....my hubby dove right in, but he has two from a previous, so he had all the experience.....
me, i kept waiting for somehting to fall off, and kept a bottle of super glue handy.....especially when my daughter would give me the look that said, "Just because you are genetically a mom now doesn't really mean you know waht you are doing!"
I have a feeling i'll be getting the look ALOT in my career as a mom!!!
