Yes, it is very good and enough to get you considered for admission in to Mensa; the Genus Society.

The standard or average IQ is 100 so anything beyond that is considered good. Sheer Geniuses like Albert Einstein are rated at around 150 IQ so if you are beyond 125 then that is VERY good.

The IQ scale runs from 50 to 150; however exact numbers do not necessarily mean you are super smart. It also depends on how well you use your intelligence. We all know the story of the absent minded professor who is a genus in his subject, but can't even feed himself without getting into trouble.

IQ tests are notably inaccurate; with culture bias and sexual bias (women seem to do a few points better). So I wouldn't worry about the exact score. But the simple fact that you are in the upper of the IQ range and a good 30 points beyond average is something to be proud of.

Mensa the High IQ Society (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_IQ_society) typically requires an IQ over 125 before entry is considered.
"Mensa accepts individuals who score at or above the 98th percentile on certain standardized IQ tests, such as the Stanford-Binet. Because different tests are scaled differently, it is not meaningful to compare raw scores between tests, only percentiles. For example, the minimum accepted score on the Stanford-Binet is 132, while for the Cattell it is 148."

So if your IQ is really high or not depends on the version of the standard test you took, but with your score you are either a genus or a sheer genus with only a hair of a difference between the two.

Better than most not as good as some.
It will really depend on the test that the score was obtained from if it will qualify for Mensa membership. But it is more than high enough to test for it.

There are a lot of other considerations besides raw IQ for a person’s success.
Think of it as another physical attribute. If a person is big for their age as a kid they may not have to try as hard to do well in sports. So they may not work as hard as a smaller kid that grows up to go to the Olympics. Same is true for IQ. A strong desire, hard work and determination will allow most people to become highly proficient in a chosen field of expertise. There are a lot of smart people who do some pretty stupid things.

my I.Q. score is 132 test myself 2 times

That's higher than 97.7% (assuming a 16 pt. standard deviation) of the population so I'd say that's pretty good! You might just make it into Mensa if you tried.

A little too low for my taste but still far above average. So I'd say yes it's a good IQ.
