"Rufus" is quite correct but I will give you my answer and reasoning.

It is capable of killing a healthy, adult, human in as little as 4 minutes, which is the fastest killer toxin, including both venoms and poisons, in the animal kingdom. Plus it has enough venom stored to kill at least 60 of the aforementioned healthy, adult, humans.

Not only is it's venom extremely deadly, it is excruciatingly painful to be en-venomated by this creature. Torture is what it has been described by people who have survived.

So what is this animal....It is, as has been mentioned before, the Box Jellyfish, also known as the Sea Wasp.

Poison dart frogs
These pint sized frogs aren't for kissing. Their backs ooze a slimy neurotoxin that is meant to keep predators away. Each frog produces enough of the toxin to kill 10 humans.

Inland Taipan
A bite of Inland Taipan venom is toxic enough to kill 15,000 mice. Found only in Australia, this is the most toxic snake on Earth. Luckily, antivenom is available; few people survived a bite from this snake before it was developed.

Blue-ringed Octopus
When the tiny Blue-ringed Octopus is threatened, its faint blue rings become bright and vivid. The color warns predators to back off, and with good reason — it’s one of the most deadly venomous animals on Earth.
The octopus bites prey with its jaws, then injects a potent venomous saliva into the bite wound. This venom contains tetrodotoxin, one of the most potent neurotoxins known. Human death from heart and respiratory failure can occur within minutes. However, this non-aggressive octopus only bites people in self-defense.

Death Stalker Scorpion
The Death Stalker Scorpion may be small, but it is the most toxic scorpion on earth. In general, scorpions with slim and narrow pincers are equipped with more toxic venom. Powerful venom compensates for the scorpion’s weaker pincers and lack of brawny strength. This scorpion’s sting delivers extremely toxic venom that can cause extreme pain, convulsions, paralysis, and even death by heart or respiratory failure. The Death Stalker Scorpion is found in North Africa and the Middle East.

Sydney Funnel-web Spider
Males of this large, aggressive, Australian species have the most toxic venom of all spiders. Painful bites can release a neurotoxin that could kill a person within 15 minutes; quick treatment with anti-venom can prevent fatalities.

one of the most dangerous would be the box jellyfish of australia, also the blue ringed octopuss. some creatures have a highly toxic venom but dont inject much, like a black widow spider, others, like a king cobra can inject massive amounts of venom which will result in death. so you have to make that distinction.

Close thing between scorpions and a few species of snake.

Some scorpion venoms contain enough venom in one drop to kill about a thousand adult humans.

i dunno but i do know that the most venomous spider is the (what we down south call them) "grandaddy longlegs"...its the most poisonous in the world but it is harmless at the same time because it's mouth isn't big enough to bite you.
