What was the crushing blow that Tamara Jones <aka>Cleopatra Jones suffer ?

I was shock to learn that the amazon of the early 70s had past away a year ago. I read that she spent her entire adult life in New York and eventually became a recluse .
What contributed to this i read was she suffered a crushing blow whilst filming a final scene of Cleopatra Jones Casino of gold ( i think it was) . Does anyone know what the blow was?

I already know that tamara past away from pnemonia and MS , do please can i not recieve stupid answers , that does not answer my question , which is what was the crushing blow at the end of her final scene of Casino

I heard the actress died from complications of multiple sclerosis and pneumonia.
