The "special war funding" bill up for vote here at Christmas Eve contains 2000 pork earmarks for the incumbants to help themselves get re-elected. the dirty rotten scoundrels are putting on to us. It is all deficient spending. If the President doesn't sign, no Iraq war funding is the Democrats strategy. He must sign, right? They have him cornored. Bush is up a tree and surrounded. He cannot refuse to sign the humongous pork barrel bill from hell.

If you don't like them don't vote for them. We the people have a choice. Also, term limits in congress would require amending the constitution. Good luck.

This is why the president should have line item veto power and why term limits should be set in the house and senate.
