I want to give my best friends cool handmade gifts. I would prefer something I could do with their nicknames that our group of friends gave to each other. I want something super cool, i was going to do a collage bag but i cant find instructions

oh, it really doesn't matter when they are done. They aren't really for christmas

Go to a second hand store, or somewhere else that you could get them cheap, and buy each a small end table.
Get tons of pictures of you and some magazines.
Make a collage for each friend on top of the table, with their nick names in the middle (?).
Then use Mod Podge matte or glossy crafting glue to seal, clearly, the pictures, ect on top of the paper, with a paint brush. The glue will dry 100% clear and create an incredible, one of a kind table for each friend to place in their room.

It's really getting too late to do clever handmade gifts, but you could get plain tote bags from the craft store and paint or rubber stamp them.
