Answer is:
2.0, 2.05, 2.0513, 2.059, 25/10, 251/100
If you put them all in .xxxx form, it's simple to see:
2.0000, 2.0500, 2.0513, 2.0590, 2.5000, 2.5100

76.24491 does not round to 76.25.
When you want to round to the second decimal place .xx, you look at the third decimal place .xxx. If the final place there is a 5, round up. If it's a 4, round down. In this case the thousandths place is a 4, so round down. You do not round more than once.
.444444444444444444445 would round to 1 if you did.

76.24491
to the nearest 100th
76.24 or 76.25
Now 491 <500 so DO NOT ROUND UP
Hence 76.24
