Don't take my word for it but I believe that sometimes the fact that it is registered delays delivery.
Apart from that, it's Christmas and the post is SLOW over the Christmas period.

Could be in customs, also what part of the UK are you in? There is a postal strike in Stoke on Trent.
They will need to do any checking up in Portugal, however you can get the tracking number (2 letters, 9 numbers 2 letters) and ring rm customer services and they will see if they have it on the system, if they have then it is in the country.

Its called Christmas, stuff I sold on Ebay on Monday and posted same day has only been delivered today and that's all within the UK, first class recorded so anything across the water is going to take a bit longer.

My postman said there is a backlog at the depot rather like the strike!! but they would try and deliver everything even if working on Sunday. Now that would be impressive.
Good luck and Happy Xmas!
